Stretching at BootcampFitness Boot Camp is an outdoors regime for one hour a day 5 days a week for 6 weeks. It's a very high intensity program of non-stop running, plymetrics, obstacle courses, and both free weight and body weight exercises, interval training, and isometric conditioning. It's a team atmosphere where the trainers motivate you as a group to lose weight and inches, obtain a firmer body, improve cardiovascular health, muscle strength, definition, flexibility and endurance. Joining a fitness boot camp will help you burn fat and increase your lean muscle mass quicker than you can imagine.

I happened to join the Extreme Boot Camp here in LA, but there are Boot Camps all across the country. At the Women's Fitness 40 and over Meetup Groups website you can find fitness and meetup groups all over the world, for all levels of fitness. I happen to be doing a more military style regime with lots of situps, crunches and pushups, but its working for me. Find a Boot Camp that is more geared towards the workout program most compfortable for you. I played sports all of my life, mostly team sports and boot camp reminds me of those days of training on the pitch with the rugby team or field hockey team. I decided I really needed this to jump start my summer fitness program and to feel like I have control of my fitness level and my food intake and my weight.
