Healthy smoothies at home save money & help with weight loss

We have been making our own fruit shakes at home for several weeks now. We were going to Jamba Juice everyday, but at a cost of over $5 per Smoothie everyday, that option was going to add up. Also even though most smoothies are composed primarily of fruit, they can have a very high sugar content. Some are often especially high in sugar, and can replace fruit with fruit juice. 1 tlbspn whey protein
1 tlbspn flax seed oil
1 tlbspn wheat germ
1/2 c low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt
1 c ice
