Is Your Diet Burning Fat or Making You FATTER?

If you're making the same deadly diet mistakes as most other people, you might lose some weight temporarily, but you'll actually get fatter in the long run. Your body is just way too smart for these "ordinary" diets to ever work - you can't fool a metabolic and hormonal system that's the result of thousands of years of evolution - You have to work with your metabolism, not against it!

When I finally figured out what was going on in the weight loss and supplement industries, I was mad as hell, and I decided I had to do something about it: I poured everything out of my head onto paper and began coaching people using this proprietary new fat loss system I developed.

Now, for the first time ever, the same fat burning system that has helped hundreds of my personal coaching graduates slash their body fat literally in half is available to you in a single, information packed, 337 page e-book:"

Combine diet and exercise to lose weight

By Susan Lark, M.D.

It is a lot harder for women over 40 to lose weight than it was for them when they are in their 20s and 30s, and the holidays are a particularly difficult time for many. Recent studies have shown that Americans average a seven-pound weight increase each year from Thanksgiving through to New Year’s.

Susan Lark, M.D., a women's health expert who advocates combining traditional medical protocols with alternative medicine, explains the medical reasons why and offers a new and innovative New Year's weight-loss plan designed specifically for women in the over 40 age group.

According to Dr. Lark, excess weight has more dramatic implications on women’s self-confidence and relationships than is generally acknowledged, as well as putting them at increased risk for a variety of health issues. Unfortunately, women over 40 usually fail on most popular weight-loss diets, programs and pills because they have very specific nutritional needs that are not being addressed by the diet industry.

"There are many ways to diet that may help lose weight temporarily," says Dr. Lark, “but very often, these programs have a poor record of helping make the changes that address the real causes of weight gain—especially for women over 40."

She has found that excess weight in women is often caused by one or more age-related chemical imbalances: a sluggish metabolism, which comes with aging; food allergies, which can cause the accumulation of inflammatory fluids or "false fat;" mood swings, which intensify food cravings; and disturbances in the signals that regulate appetite. Her new program addresses each of those imbalances by combining proper diet and moderate exercise with natural solutions to:

• Regulate the appetite to prevent overeating

•Balance hormonal mood swings, which can intensify food cravings

•Eliminate false fat and reduce bloating

•Boost the metabolism to burn fat and calories more efficiently

•Lift the mood to enhance the sense of well-being
